Is there any page length or word limit for journal/conference papers?
No, there is no page length or word limit for journal papers.
How many papers allowed to present for authours?
Each presenter is allowed to present one (1) paper only.
How many words extended abstract should contained when submitting for review?
The extended abstract should be approximately 600 words in length, but no less than 400 or more than 800 words.

Where can I submit my paper for conference?
Prospective authors should submit their abstract or extended abstracts for conference by e-mail to oida@ontariointernational.org
When I can receive a letter of acceptance?
A letter of acceptance will be issued via e-mail within 5 days in most cases. In case you have not received any confirmation,
please contact us early as possible.
What are the criteria of selection of conference papers for journal publication?
High impact conference papers are selected for journal publication once the conference is concluded.

How can I get an official letter of invitation for the conference attendance?
An Invitation letter will be issued to authours, co-authours and all other delegates on their request. An Official letter of invitation
will be provided as a soft copy via e-mail
The Visa process generally takes months. Therefore, please make sure to apply visa well in advance. Please refer travel and
accommodation, Registration and Cancellation policy
How long take to publish my paper?
Complete review process begins once conference is concluded. It takes about 3 -6 months to publish your paper in the Journal.
The manging Editor will contact you with more details.
Will organizer provide travel and accommodation?
No. Participants are responsible for all travel and their accommodation expenses.
Is registration fee subsidized?
OIDA provides grant towards registration fee, subjected to availability of funds. But will not waive full registration fee.
In order to qualify for the reduced registration fee, your paper must be accepted for the conference proceedings.
How do I facilitate online presentations?
Please submit your preference indicating that you will be presenting online.
Our office will be arranged a recording session at a mutually convenient time.
The recorded presentation will be uploaded to OIDA’s YouTube channel.
There is no live presentation online to mitigate various technical difficulties.
